We are stockists of many of the leading names in power transmission, fluid & air movement offering simple like-for-like replacements right through to design and implementation of complete drive systems.
Our services cover 3 key areas:-
- Supply & Distribution
We supply a wide range of products & provide a design and selection service for new and existing applications with full technical support and backup. Our team of highly experienced engineers each has a lifetime of experience in their field of expertise to provide personalised support from initial enquiry through to project completion.
- Repair Services
Our extensive workshop facilities enable us to provide a full repair and rebuild service to all types of electrical & mechanical equipment with an emergency 24 hour service for urgent breakdowns. Repairs include gearbox rebuilds, gear cutting, pump repairs, machining & shaft manufacture, right through to electric motor rewinds, fan rebuild & inverter & drive repair. We also carry out fabrication work & modifications to new machinery for incorporation into existing systems. Our in-house dynamic balancing department allows us to balance all rotating items quickly to maximise the lifespan of all rebuilt machinery
- On-site Support Services
Our third key offering is our on-site support service. This is provided by our team of engineers for the removal, repair & re-installation of gearmotors, pumps, fans, air handling units and electric motors. We also manufacture, install and modify pipework & ductwork for existing and new applications. Air handling units are often rebuilt on a tight time constraint with replacement shaft, support bearings and impeller all supplied and fitted in one site visit. We work to your requirements whether it be on an out-of-hours basis or during a window of limited downtime. We also provide an inverter installation service along with inverter maintenance and health check contracts, on-site balancing, vibration monitoring, laser shaft alignment and thermography.
