Not only do we supply these products but we also provide a full in-house engineering repair service to the items of plant that these are fitted to. We rebuild motors, gearmotors, fans, pumps and all allied equipment.
Tachogenerators & encoders often fail due to excessive vibration from worn motor bearings or an imbalance in the mass that is rotating. The internal components of these feedback devices are often very delicate and can be easily damaged when not treated with enough care and respect on the machine that they are fitted to. This vibration can occur due to bearing wear and tear from excessive running hours, direct damage or contamination. All items that we fit new feedback devices to are first fully overhauled with replacement bearings fitted. The rotor, fan or impeller is then dynamically balanced on our CEMB Hoffman dynamic balancing machine before being returned the the customer in perfect condition. This will ensure better performance & an increased operating lifespan for the equipment.
