Here’s our MD Julian Webb welcoming our new engineering apprentice Luke into the Webb-Elec team.

Luke’s first week has seen him dismantle & rebuild a pump & several motors, learn about our CEMB Hofmann dynamic balancing machine and assist on site with a pump unit removal. Next week will see him get to grips with our laser alignment equipment and he will also have an introduction to gearbox rebuild and servicing. Luke will be training both on the job at our premises in Willenhall and also with our training partner In-Comm Training at their state of the art facility in Aldridge.

New engineering apprentice Luke has fitted into our team well in his first week at work. He enjoys boxing training and also has a strong interest in science and physics. A good combination of brains and brawn, he will be a real asset to us in the coming years. The whole Webb-Elec team is looking forward to a very productive working relationship with him.
