H Series Helical Inline Geared Motors
Aluminium & Cast Iron Helical Inline Gearboxes up to 90mm output shaft
H & HA series gear units have been designed to be highly reliable even under heavy working conditions, and are particularly suited for applications involving heavy radial loads.
The H-series includes a large number of extremely versatile models, in cast iron (sizes 030 to 140) or aluminum (sizes A30 to A60) casing, foot flange or universal mounting, capable of power input up to 45kW or 8000Nm output torque.
Cast Iron H Series Gearboxes are available as a standard Euro footprint, meaning they are easily interchangeable with other manufacturers including Bonfiglioli, SEW, Nord and Siemens/Flender.
HA Series Aluminium
- Sizes: A30-A40-A50-A60
- Available versions: HA – fitted for motor coupling, IHA – with input shaft, CHA – with compact motor
- Casing with feet, flange F or universal U
- Power up to 5,5 kW

Gears hardened and tempered with shaved or ground profile
- Gearing with 1, 2 and 3 reduction stages
- Reduction ratios between 1,33 and 353,98
- Torque max 500 Nm and admissible radial loads max 8.000 N
- Cases in die-cast aluminium alloy

- Casing with feet, flange F or universal U
- Power up to 45 kW
- Gears hardened and tempered with shaved or ground profile
- Gearing with 1, 2 and 3 reduction stages
- Reduction ratios between 1,23 and 282,10
- Torque max 8.000 Nm and admissible radial loads max 55.000 N
- Cases in G200 grey cast iron for high strength and optimized with FEM analysis
