We have a wide range of reconditioned Servo motors available. This is often an option to be considered if your existing motor is beyond repair and you cannot wait for the long lead time that a replacement unit is on from the manufacturer.

We can often match your motor with a close equivalent if not an identical unit. Currently available motors are detailed in the attachments below however as stocks are always moving we recommend you give us a call with your requirements. Every servo motor in our stock is fully overhauled in our specialist servo workshop before being despatched. This work will include full degreasing, Baker test and re-impregnation of the stator windings, dynamic balancing of the rotor & reclamation of any worn journals and housings. Every motor will of course be fitted with a complete set of replacement bearings and seals. The brake if fitted, will be fully tested and checked for electrical performance and to ensure it is working to the correct torque. The feedback device will be fully tested and replaced if found to be faulty. Any feedback onboard memory will be recorded and stored in our system for future repair work should the motor come back in for a service many years down the line.
