We are pleased to announce that we are now providing a dynamic balancing service fully in-house, with our new CEMB Hofmann industrial dynamic balancing machine.
This is a complementary move to bring all our balancing work in-house so we can offer a faster, more effective and also more cost effective service for our customers. At Webb-Elec we are now able to balance fans, impellers and all other rotating assemblies fully in house with a same day turnaround.
CEMB Hofmann are one of the leading manufacturers in dynamic balancing machinery and our balancing machine meets the needs of our customers perfectly. The machine will be used by our highly skilled engineers and fully trained workshop staff, to ensure the highest level of service.
Our machine can support rotating machinery, such as; fan impellers, shafts, rollers, pump impellers, armatures, flywheels, turbines and flails. We have full MIG & TIG welding facilities for securing weights and you will receive a final balancing certificate for peace of mind that your impeller is correctly balanced. Standard machinery balancing at G 6.3 however we can provide G 2.5, G 1.0 or G 0.4 depending upon your requirements.
This can be done with anything up to a weight of 1100kg and 1580mm in diameter.
